INTRODUCING CONCRETE
It carries the weight of our roads, bridges, and tunnels. It hides beneath us in foundations and above us in ceilings. It separates floors, defines spaces, and shapes homes and cities. After water, concrete is the most widely used material on Earth. At the same time, global cement production alone is estimated to contribute around 7% of the world’s total CO₂ emissions. On May 2nd, 2025, h2h_archiving gave centre stage to this grey matter at Christianshavns Beboerhus.
